Cirelle Travel may charge non-refundable planning fees for custom itinerary design, research, and booking services. These fees will be disclosed upfront and are separate from the cost of travel services booked through us. Planning fees compensate for our time and expertise and do not apply toward travel costs unless otherwise stated.

Cirelle Travel is not liable for loss, damage, or delays resulting from acts of God, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to work with suppliers to reschedule or recover funds, but outcomes are subject to third-party terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or features on our Website without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
